Breaking Out Through Food

Change of anything in life takes effort. Eating takes extra effort because we eat so frequently and therefore it involves more energy to get out of the rut.

Yes, a rut that we slip into 3 times a day. To make lasting change, we must be willing to break away from the monotony and routinized eating habits and choices of today, and how we value ourselves in this process. True change takes work, discomfort, awkwardness. But why stay where we are at now? Why believe that our experience of “newness” in life is over?
