Meditation 2 Series

More Meditation in Fall 2017 

This 4 week course is designed for students who have taken the initial Meditation Series, or who have an established daily meditation practice. Students will deepen their understanding of the mind and expand their meditation practice through the teachings and wisdom of key Yoga Sutras. Along with teachings and discussion, each class will include a combined guided and silent meditation.

Required Course Material – Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, translation and commentary by Sri Swami Satchidananda
