Finally, a series for those who would like to learn some techniques to slow down and stay more present in their daily life without a commitment to a formal seated meditation practice. Welcome to Meditation Light!
Meditation during movement, during regular daily activities, is called Mindfulness. As the image below illustrates, often in our daily life our mind is running somewhere other than where we are physically. The mind seems to go all over, often with no logical explanation, and slowing it down feels impossible.
This 4-week series will introduce you to four different ways to change your breathing, as well numerous small techniques to slow you down. Each week will have a different theme, touching on different parts of daily life.
